Stitchups Clothing offers customized and ready-made apparel. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any revisions.

2. Products & Customization

  • We specialize in custom apparel including t-shirts, hoodies, caps, and more.
  • Slight variations in color or finish may occur due to screen differences and production processes.
  • All custom products are made based on customer-approved designs. No changes are allowed after approval.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in INR (₹) and may change without prior notice.
  • Bulk and custom orders require 50%–75% advance payment to begin production.
  • The remaining balance must be cleared before dispatch or as agreed.
  • Advance payments are non-refundable once production has started.
  • Any modifications after production begins may incur additional charges and delays.
  • Orders proceed strictly based on final approved specifications.
  • Failure to complete payment may result in order hold or cancellation without refund of advance.

4. Order Processing

  • Production timelines vary based on order size and customization.
  • Timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines depend on location and courier partners.
  • Stitchups Clothing is not liable for delays, damages, or loss in transit.
  • Customers must provide accurate shipping details.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Customized products are non-returnable and non-refundable, except for manufacturing defects.
  • Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with proof.
  • Approved cases may be resolved via replacement or store credit.

7. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled only before production begins.
  • Once production starts, cancellation is not allowed and payments are non-refundable.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, content, and branding belong to Stitchups Clothing and cannot be used without permission.

9. Customer Responsibility

Customers must verify sizes, designs, and details before approval. We are not responsible for customer-approved errors.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from product use or service delays.
